2. What’s Covered

If your Elite Armor Case product fails due to manufacturing defects (e.g., material breakage, frame deformation, MagSafe ring detachment) within 360 days of delivery — we will repair or replace it free of charge.

If we cannot repair or replace the product, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
3. What’s Not Covered

Damage due to misuse, intentional abuse, or accidents (e.g., severe drops beyond normal use, intentional exposure to chemicals).

Cosmetic wear and tear such as minor scratches, scuffs, fading edges, or colour change from use.

Cases used with unauthorised accessories or modifications not recommended by Elite Armor Case.

Loss or theft of the product.

Customised or personalised items (if the product page states that customisation voids the guarantee).
4. How to Claim

Contact our Customer Service team via email at support@elitearmorcase.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the defect.

Upon review, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Ship the item back to our warehouse at:

(Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the failure is due to a defect) -
Once we’ve inspected the returned item and confirmed a valid claim, we will process the replacement or refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, refund may take up to 10–15 business days to appear in your account.
5. Guarantee Period
The guarantee period begins on the date your product is delivered and remains in effect for 360 calendar days. After this period, standard commercial warranties and service policies apply.
6. Legal Rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. It does not affect any rights you may have under applicable local laws (such as under EU or UK consumer protection legislation).
7. Changes to the Guarantee
Elite Armor Case reserves the right to modify or update this Guarantee at any time. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase applies.
