Return Window

Customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 90 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Return Instructions

Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact us at support@elitearmorcase.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Packaging and Shipping:

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.

• Include the return authorization form and any supporting documentation.

• Print and attach the provided return label to your package.

Return Costs

For Defective Products: There is no cost to the customer if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they purchased the wrong item, changed their mind, or no longer want the product.

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

Returns Due to Change of Mind: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging within 90 days.
Defective Goods: Report defective items to support@elitearmorcase.com immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
