Missing Items Procedure
If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elitearmorcase.com. We will promptly investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Policy
Returns: Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, Elite Armor Case will cover the return cost.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product and are issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee
Elite Armor Case does not charge any restocking fees on returns.
Return Delivery Costs
For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. We cover the full return shipping cost if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item if it was ordered in error, does not fit, or is no longer wanted.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders, including those to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees as determined by the local customs authority.
These fees are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Most small orders are delivered without additional fees, and we work with our couriers to minimize delays and charges.
